Welcome to the 2025 Missoula Mammoths registration process! Please read carefully below, the process has several important parts.

• Returning athletes registration opens April 1st 2025. Returning athletes have two steps; first to register and pay Montana League fees via PitZone, and then check your email and pay the Mammoths specific team fee. Returning families; see TeamSnap, and then your personal email, for details. Find scholarship links below.
• New athlete registration opens May 1st 2025 at 7pm and will close once we reach capacity for both our accepted and waitlisted athletes. The registration link is right here – CLICK HERE –  to reach our Google Form for new athlete registration. All accepted and waitlisted athletes will be promptly notified of status to the best of our abilities- if you are concerned that you have not heard from us after a few days from when you register, please reach out via email or our Contact Us form.
• Fees:
  • Total cost for each student-athlete range from $565-590/season. For 2025, Mammoths team fees are $275 and Montana League fees are $290 for middle school (grades 6-8) and $315 for high school (grades 9-12). Fees include registration for all races but do not include any gear, equipment, or accessories.
• Scholarship Information:
  • The NICA Montana League (MICL), which is responsible for half of your total participation fees, has a scholarship application; Apply for MICL scholarship here.
  • The Missoula Mammoths team fees make up the other half of your participation fees, and our scholarship application is modeled after theirs to make it as simple as possible. If you would like a scholarship to cover all or part of both fees, you must apply to both, separately. Apply for Mammoths Team scholarship here.
  • We welcome questions or comments on our scholarship process- it’s changed this year, and your constructive feedback is welcome.

Hello Mammoths! Summer 2023 is well underway, so let’s run through the start of season information:

• Communications: TeamSnap is the primary way we communicate all season long, from here on out. It is critical that everyone gets used to using that- we have over 100 athletes and it’s a lot of cats to herd! Remember to check in 24 hours ahead of time for every practice, and when in doubt on practice conditions (heat, smoke, other situations) check your email or app prior to getting in the car or throwing a leg over that bike.
• Team Jerseys: The online team store is open 7/21/2023 – 7/27/2023 ONLY. You MUST order during that time if you need a jersey, there isn’t another ordering opportunity later in the season. You MUST RACE IN A JERSEY. We can’t put the links here, because the links are specific to your team placement, so it’d be a mess. Look on TeamSnap and in your email for the link.
• Schedule questions: Go to our Schedule page or better yet, TeamSnap, as we keep that up to date the best.

• Returning athletes had open registration April 1st thru 15th 2023. Returning athletes had two steps; first to register and pay Montana league fees via PitZone, and then check your email and pay the Mammoths specific team fee invoice in April.
• New athlete registration was opened May 2 2023, the waitlist started as of May 3rd, and there are now no open spots remaining. If you are interested in the team for the next season (July 2024- October 2024) please set yourself an alert in early April 2024 to come back to this website to learn what the 2024 registration process will look like.
